How to use the product?
Shake well. Wet hair, massage onto scalp, rinse. Repeat if desired. For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.

How long should I leave this product in my hair?
For this product it is recommended that you let the shampoo stay on your head for approximately two (2) minutes. This allows the suspension system to break and the selenium sulfide to fall onto the scalp.
